Abstract

¿¬±¸¸ñÀû: º» ¿¬±¸´Â ½Å±Ô°£È£»çÀÇ ¿ª°æÁö¼ö, Çö½ÇÃæ°Ý°ú ÀÌÁ÷ÀǵµÀÇ °ü°è¸¦ È®ÀÎÇϱâ À§ÇØ ½ÃµµÇÏ¿´´Ù.

¿¬±¸¹æ¹ý: ´ëÇк´¿ø¿¡ ±Ù¹«ÇÏ´Â ½Å±Ô°£È£»ç 158¸í¿¡°Ô ¼³¹®Áö·Î ÀÚ·á ¼öÁýÀ» ½Ç½ÃÇÏ¿´´Ù. ÀÚ·á ¼öÁýÀº 2019³â 4¿ù¿¡ ½Ç½ÃÇÏ¿´´Ù. ÀÚ·á ºÐ¼®Àº SPSSÅë°è ÇÁ·Î±×·¥(Win 22.0)À» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿´´Ù.

¿¬±¸°á°ú: ½Å±Ô°£È£»çÀÇ ÀÌÁ÷Àǵµ¿¡ ¿µÇâ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿äÀÎÀ¸·Î´Â ÈƷûóÅÂ(¥â=.38), ¿¬·É(¥â=.19)°ú Çö½ÇÃæ°Ý(¥â=.51)·Î ³ªÅ¸³µÀ¸¸ç Çö½ÇÃæ°ÝÀÌ °¡Àå ¿µÇâ·ÂÀÌ ³ô¾Ò´Ù. ÀÌ¿Í °°Àº º¯¼öµéÀÇ ¿µÇâ·ÂÀº 46.3%¿´´Ù. ¿ª°æÁö¼ö´Â Çö½ÇÃæ°ÝÀ» ¿ÏÀü¸Å°³·Î ÇÏ¿© ½Å±Ô°£È£»çÀÇ ÀÌÁ÷Àǵµ¿¡ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù.

°á·Ð: ½Å±Ô°£È£»çÀÇ ÀÌÁ÷Àǵµ¿¡ °¡Àå °­·ÂÇÑ ¿µÇâ·ÂÀ» º¸ÀÎ Çö½ÇÃæ°Ý¿¡ ´ëÇØ ¿ª°æÁö¼ö¸¦ ³ô¿© Çö½ÇÃæ°ÝÀ» ¿ÏÈ­½ÃÅ°´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î ÀÌÁ÷Àǵµ¸¦ ³·Ãß´Â Àü·«À» °³¹ßÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖÀ» °ÍÀÌ´Ù.

Purpose: This study was done to identify the effect of adversity quotient and reality shock on the turnover intentionamong new nurses in general hospitals.

Methods: Participants were 158 new nurses in general hospitals. A surveywas used and data were collected in April 2019. Data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS/WIN 22.0 program.

Results:The significant predictors for the turnover intention of new nurses were training status (¥â=.38), age (¥â=.19) and realityshock (¥â=.51). These variables explained 46.3% of the variance in turnover intention of nurses. Also, reality shockhad a total mediating effect on the relationship between adversity quotient and turnover intention.

Conclusion:Findings indicate that adversity quotient and reality shock are important factors for turnover intention of new nursesin general hospitals.
